ZeptoGel is a sterile, isotonic and
pyrogen-free solution of salts plus gelatin. Each
solution contains sodium chloride, calcium chloride-dihydrate and
modified fluid gelatin. When added to whole blood, ZeptoGel separates
the leukocytes by taking advantage of the differential sedimentation
rates of blood components.
