Zeptometrix NATtrol products are intact viral
or bacterial particles that are
chemically and enzymatically treated to produce non-infectious
particles.
 Our
patented process modifies the surface proteins of the microorganism and
leaves the nucleic acids intact. This ensures that our product will
work on all amplification formats, including PCR, RT-PCR, TMA, Branched
Chain DNA, and other NAT assays.
Since the nucleic acids are not modified, our
NATtrol controls can be used to monitor your testing protocol from
start to finish; extraction through amplification.
Each control has been tested to ensure that a sample of material did
not yield any growth on the appropriate culture medium. |
